THE Competition Tribunal has dismissed a complaint brought by the Competition Commission against SA Breweries (SAB) for alleged contravention of the Competition Act.
The commission had alleged that SAB's agreements with its appointed distributors had the effect of dividing markets between competitors in contravention of the Competition Act.
