YFM's DJ S'bu - real name Sbusiso Leope - has been voted the Most Stylish Man of the Year by the men's magazine GQ.
Leope was among 50 men who were selected by a panel of judges representing the magazine, which included GQ fashion editor Arthur Malan, editor Craig Tyson; art director Robert Cilliers, associate editor and media personality Noni Gasa.
The accolade represents part of the meteoric rise of a man who in April last year was dubbed the Niknaks man when he came to the South African Music Awards wearing a suit that looked as if he had borrowed from the Niknaks man.
"Stylewise I have matured since then," Leope says. "At that time I needed attention and just wanted to be silly.
"Though I'm one of the best dressed men in South Africa, I also think the way I have carried myself over the years and my social responsibilities worked for me."
Future Fin CEO Zunaid Moti came second, while Arie Fabian of the clothing chain Fabiani, came third.
